By all means think away.  I wasn't trying to rush you but we do need to do this within the signing period and PK DT auction.

The guys you listed are more the exceptions to the rule.  Most rookies don't cotribute right away.  Think about guys like D.McFadden, R.Mendenhall, and J.Stewart.  Also remember that we will need more starters next year which is why I wouldn't even consider a 2nd for a guy who's a top 5-15 WR.  Chad will outscore all rookie WRs this year and next year, plus the hookup with Carson and no TJ to steal targets means you'll explode with points when CIN has to pass, which will be a lot.

Do you really think Chad is going to talk all this trash and not back it up?  2 bad years in a row and no one will listen to him and you know he can't have that.

Yes you can cut a player to make this trade and since I can still pick up a PK or DT to fill my roster.

You still have 3 first rounders next year.  I would never make this offer if I wasn't so deep and would jump at an offer like this if I could use another top 5-15 WR.

Cap Hell 1 auction

What does everyone think of expanding the starting lineup requirements for this league?  We were stuck with the small lineups at Ants but now that we're here, I think we should expand them to 2 RB, 3 WR and a Flex (in addition to the QB, TE, D, K).

Since we already have contracts in place, this change shouldn't go into effect until 2010, or possibly even 2011.  I'd like to have all talk about this finalized before the FA Auction as it could effect the bidding amounts. 

If we made a change for the future, we'd expand the rosters to 22 as well.

This is the only league I have with these small lineups and I think it takes something away from it.  Expanding lineups would also make the rookie draft better IMO, because you could find a WR3-4 in the late rounds.  As it is now, trying to find a player who will actually help you win a championship in rounds 2-3 are slim.

I'd like to hear everyone's th oughts on this.  If it seems like we have enough interest, I'll create a poll.
